Besides blockbuster, does anyone know of any stores that allow you to rent video games? I don't want to spend a whole lot. I'll only have them for 2 or 3 days. Does anyone know how much it costs to get a game at family video or movie gallery? I want to actually pick the game up at a store, not shipping.

There is a place near me that rents out their Xbox 360's and games for them. They charge 10 dollars an hour and offer a pretty good selection of titles. My question: Is renting video games and/or consoles to play them on, legal? If so what are the legal requirements that must be met for such a business?
